Catharine Herb-Kelly Q.C. practises exclusively as an advocate in the fields of civil and administrative law.  Ms. Herb-Kelly Q.C. frequently advises in matters relating to professional regulation and discipline, professional negligence, institutional liability, adult guardianship and elder law, tort litigation, and insurance defence.

She regularly appears before the British Columbia Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal for British Columbia, and numerous administrative and professional tribunals.

Ms. Herb-Kelly Q.C. has been invited by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia to be an instructor for a continuing legal education course titled the Basics of Self Governing Professions.
