Bankruptcy and Insolvency

GSW acts on behalf of trustees in bankruptcy, defaulting debtors and creditors seeking recovery of their loans. We have been successful in seeking court approval of re-organization plans under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and obtaining court protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.
